"We very much enjoyed our weeklong stay at the hostel. The location is amazing and central, we didn't have to take an Uber anywhere within Cartagena throughout our stay and were able to walk everywhere. This saved us a lot of time and money during our stay. There is a reasonably priced dropoff laundry service right across the street and there are plenty of food and drink options right on the same street. "I booked and paid on expedia, upon arrival the clerk tried to say i had not paid, then he tried to charge us more saying i had not paid the full price. I had to show him my records before he finally decided i had paid...it felt like a scam, he did apologize but it still felt like a deliberate act. Additionally while in the room, staff members would periodically enter the room and take pictures, i founf this to be disturbing. "
