「Welcoming and helpful staff when we arrived. Great fun bedroom with huge beds and plenty of space. Toys and decorations in the room were fabulous. The free activities like the water fun and the trampoline kept the kids cool and entertained! Restaurant for dinner was good value for money and generous portions. Great that the kids were entertained during and after dinner in the playroom with the monitors. Overall very fun stay especially for the kids who didn’t want to leave!」

「There is nothing extra about the property. My high star rating towards the staff at the reception. We really needed an extra time at check out, and the gentleman there granted it without any question. He was very courteous.」

「Personal excelente, amables, educados y con muy buen trato. El lugar es excepcional, tranquilo y lleno de paz pero tiene algo que hace que parte de la estancia sea horrible. El calor en la habitación, tuvimos que pedir dos ventiladores de pie más el de techo que tiene y aún así la habitación está a más de 35 grados en su interior. Es imposible dormir por la noche con esa temperatura, el dueño/a lo tiene que saber o debería y poner una solución porque eso arruina la experiencia. El resto de 10」

「Realmente muy lindo y amplio cuarto solo el día de la salida se dańaron elevadores pero la verdad todo muy bien, debe bajar la aplicación o archivo donde tienes acceso llave etc para un ingreso ligero de lo contrario puede ser una pesadilla. Aún así el Customer service vía Whastp fue genial gracias y mucho éxito」

「Check-in professionale e accogliente, camera, molto pulita, confortevole e con bella vista, piscina e palestra ottime. Struttura facilmente raggiungibile con auto e taxi economici dall'aeroporto e dal centro di Alicante. Le linee dell'autobus locali fermano vicinissimo alla struttura ma gli orari sono limitanti negli spostamenti. Soggiorno da ripetere!」

「Quiet, clean and comfortable. Not in downtown but there are taxis and buses around. You can also walk to the city, around 3 miles. Food at the hotel was ok and price is reasonable.」

「Friendly staff. Make sure you tell manager when you think you'll arrive, because they dont live on-site. Rooftop patio is not suitable for tables and chairs, but great for town photos. Charming little town with an interesting castle.」
