It was the worst hotel we have ever stayed. On the internet site we saw sauna and jacuzzi pictures -- there are none in hotel. On the last day the staff woke us up at 8 in the morning to ask when we leave.i wouldn't advise to be in this hotel
The only issue which Hotels.Com took care of was that even though I was 99% sure that I booked the 2 rooms with breakfast, the hotel told me that breakfast was not included.I reached david in your Customer Service and he was most helpful but told me that he did not see breakfast included. I requested perhaps a coupon from Hotels.com and indeed the next time I opened my email, Hotels.com sent me a $50 coupon - thanks. To avoid this -since it seemed that most rooms came including breakfast- I recommend that all the rooms you offer at the C Hotel include breakfast even at a bit higher cost.
vi var meget tilfreds og vi tænke at komme igen og igen på den hotel.

C Hotel Tiberius, Israel
Noisy room directly above hotel entrance. Bathroom door would not close completely. Room door lock did not work properly, had to get assistance to open door. Door lock was not fixed during our four night stay even though requested. Front desk employee was rude. Hotel last refurbished circa 1920. Pool was in a different building a street away making it impossible to get to without walking through a religious neighborhood in a bathing suit, no lockers provided at the pool.

Gerne wieder
Wee were very impressed with the beds and bedding in the rooms of your hotel. After a long day of travelling it was a very nice welcome into your beautiful city. We were extremely disappointed to find a kitten very undernourished and sick in your courtyard. Not because of it's presence but because itwas locked outside in the freezing and pouring rain! Other hotels we have visited feed them some leftovers and provide them with at least a towel under a bush for them to sleep on. That at of kindness on an innocent and defenseless being made us know that We were in good hands.

Not Imprressed
We stayed at the hotel for one night and it was fine. We used it mainly to shower and sleep while at the Kinneret. However, I would not have stayed longer. While it was clean, it didn't always look clean. The carpet had many spots and looked dirty. The beds were clean and the sheets were clean. The hotel itself had an overall smell to it. This could have just been the area as it's near the water, but it did smell musty. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Anything we requested was responded to promptly and in a friendly manner. As a foreigner, we were not charged a VAT tax on the room and allowed to book one night on the weekend which most don't allow you to do. So while it was not terrible, I was not impressed.
i had a very good time and i even get abetter room the hotel gave us inplace of a standard room a switt so it was very very ... comftible and i wrilly recomend this hotel to anyone.

The parking is terrible. It took us almost an hour after stopping to ask questions until we finally located the hotel. It is not near anything of interest. It had a great little boutique women's clothing shop. Food was marginal.
L'albergo ha evidenziato tutta la sua età e la mancanza di comodità. Pur avendo una posizione non tanto scomoda , riesce a darti un senso di disagio all'interno di una struttura ormai da rivedere e principalmente da mettere a nuovo.
AVOID This Hotel--Filthy, Worn, Poor Service AVOID
AVOID! Do Not Use this Hotel! I'm one who spends so little time in a hotel room that I normally don't care much about the room or service...but this hotel is FILTHY (mold, mildew in bathroom and all around air conditioning vent plate), WORN: seems the maintenance person tries to repair everything with CAULK. Cracks in walls, peeling paint, curtains that don't open or close (and torn, coming off track). Battery operated air freshner in common hallway low on batteries and chirped every 20 seconds...all day, al night. No towels or other bath linens in room---had to request. Staff could care less. Location is so- so---a bit too far from main attractions (bus or cab ride required).
Breakfast buffet: all tables were reserved, with signs, for large tour groups (mostly Russian, Ukraine). Staff told me to sit at the table reserved for "STAFF". That said, food was fine, Either spend a little more for an "acceptable" property---or stay at a well-maintained youth hostel for a lot less. Upon check-out---nobody was staffing counter. More...Tried to leave a wake-up call (no clock in room), no answer at desk despite repeated attempts.
Hillside hotel, far from the center; no noice; but still easy to get to the resturants. Everything was clean, but the bathroom porcelain need replacement. Holes in the sink had been repaired, and the whole thing painted, and then the paint is now falling off...
This is the overall impression, refuniture, replace carpets, and elevators, then I can return, but for now, NO WAY
Do NOT stay at this hotel. Think Motel 6, but worse.
If this is the hotel you're thinking about staying, then just pass on Tiberias.
This hotel is located far from action, it is about 50 years old and has never been updated. Carpet is torn in a few place, better wear your shoes at all times. Elevator stinks and is very small. The room is decent size but old and stinky. Bed is hard as a rock. Bathrooms were clean. Overall, I rather stay in a tent than stay there again.
C-Hotel was the worst Hotel I've ever stayed in, incredibly dirty, breakfast was disgusting. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. To be fair, the staff was friendly and tried to do their best.
