Friendly staff make this a great place to stay

Another lovely stay at Los Lobos! We always love the location and the chilled vibe. And Nacor, who runs the pool bar, is the icing on the cake - a wonder breakfast to start each day amazing evening cocktails to round off the experience. And then walk the calories off coming up heart attack hill later on….😉

We couldn’t fault this property or its location in any way Friendly staff and cleaners Pool bar really good and of course the happy hour at 4 every day (except Tuesday) If you don’t want to walk up and down “cardiac hill” then just go past the shop and turn left, a little bit more of a walk but not as strenuous, then your on the strip and the beach across the road Highly recommended, stayed for 10 nights

Great location

Gorgeous adults only small complex. On a hill but we didn't find it an issue: five minutes walk to main strip and close also to old town. Beautiful apartments, comfy huge bed and lovely on site bar cafe with very friendly barman Nacor. Very helpful reception staff. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Clean, super close to the beach and all the best restaurants. You don't need the car if you leverage the tours that will pick you up closer to the apartment. Nice swimming pool with a good bar if you don't want to walk around. In the end: Everything perfect for a relaxing vacation.

Relaxing break

Very quiet apartment complex during my stay which was my requirement. Snack bar by the pool was a useful addition for food & drinks. Well located for the strip/beach but be aware that the property is accessed via a steep hill. All staff i came into contact with were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned to a high standard.

The property was sufficient for the price and space for two people. The reception staff was great, informative and extremely helpful. The area was great distance from the beach and shops. The property had very thin walls and could hear everything happening with the neighbours. It also lacked great WiFi connection

We had a lovely stay but had to ask for bed to be changed after 9 days. Hot water the tank kept running out so ended up with a cold shower at the end. Didn’t like the fact that the room was right outside the little bar felt like I was in a gold fish bowl but overall we did have a really nice stay we didn’t even mind cardiac hill

Basic but clean

Basic but clean apartment within easy walking distance of shops & restaurants. No air conditioning, you pay to use the safe & the wifi was intermittent & often switched off overnight but price was reasonable & you have everything you need for a quick stay. Very small pool, quite a bit of noise from neighbouring apartments & not the best bar/ restaurant on-site but convenient location. Just watch the very steep hill down to the main street which may not be accessible for those with mobility issues.

These apartments are adults only and in a great location in the middle of Puerto del Carmen old town and new ‘strip’. They’re very spacious and the perfect base for my husband and to take my elderly mother away on holiday and we all had plenty of room. The apartments are spotless and the communication was excellent from Aron, both before and during our stay. Room 13 on the ground floor was perfect for us and had the sunshine all day long with a lovely big patio are to relax outside with a book and drink! The only two slight downsides… the swimming pool was incredibly cold (although a great size and very clean) and - no fault of the property - but two of the residents played their own music VERY LOUDLY by the poolside when we (and others) were enjoying a peaceful moment. I’m not keen o; confronting people but maybe the staff should make it clear that personal music blaring out isn’t really conducive to a relaxed atmosphere and should be avoided. Other than that, I highly recommend and would happily return!

Great staff and location!

Great location and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Late check-out was not a problem and they were very accommodating. The apartment was also great in size with a well-equipped kitchen. Can highly recommend!
