Housekeeping was outstanding, consistently well- maintained with attention to detail. Swimming pool is functional but very outdated compared to the rest of the hotel facilities (Conrad’s gym and pool are operated as a fitness club open to the public so busier and less comfy than I expected)."

"This is my third time staying at this Shangrila hotel. The location is perfect and the service is excellent. The checkin staff (a gentleman sorry I couldn’t see his name without my glasses :( ) was very helpful. He remembered my name and birthday.
