「The staff at this hotel were so friendly and welcoming, and the hotel is in a fantastic location - just minutes from the beach and short walk to the town centre. The bus route allowed us to get to all attractions easily, and the hotel has a lovely park with mini golf next door. The pool is tad small at probably about 10-12 metres, and the Sian and steam room not that hot but still good to have the facilities. 「The public rooms were in good condition but rather dated, reflecting the hotel's ostentatious history. The corridors and fire doors to the rooms were in poor condition, some damaged paint, wallpaper and carpet. The room was small and dated but clean with plenty of storage. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast offered a great choice. Whilst it is becoming increasingly common, as a hotel guest, I don't like paying extra to park my car.」
