「We loved Brian Head Lodge and felt that it was a great value. The setting is beautiful, the lodge is charming, and the rooms were pretty nice and well cared for. However, there are a couple of things I have feedback on. I think the swimming pool and hot tub were in need of cleaning. My son wanted to use the arcade, but all of it was out of order and there was no sign. We asked the front desk staff how to get tokens to use the arcade, and the young lady replied, "I don't know, nobody ever asks...

「The bed was comfortable. We turned on the AC to drown out the noisy street traffic but the AC was super loud so it was hard to sleep. We didn't try the breakfast there. There was no hand soap and no place in the bathroom to hang out towels. Otherwise it was ok.」

「The staff was friendly, but the restaurant was very understaffed. The room was filthy. Walking on the floor barefooted leaves you with black feet. One of the towels had what looked like poop stains on it. The toilet was low in bowl water and barely flushed. The shower water was lukewarm until it surged into scolding water. I would recommend this hotel and will never stay there again.」
