Pet stains on carpeted areas in room and upstairs hallway plus general neglect. We stayed there three years ago and it was clean and well cared for; will not stay there again.

The location to the interstate was great but we will stay here again. The young man at the check-in desk was exceptional. I give home 10 stars for customer experience. But after that it was a poor experience. The whole place - including the room - seemed run down and dirty. The ice machine did not work. The bed pillows were horrible. We finally just got up and left very early because it was not restful.

When I looked at my estimate of cost, it was nearly $100/day. The marquee on the hotel said $54. I thought this was a site which would save money. ALSO, I used to get points toward free nights -- did not happen this trip. FINALLY -- the breakfast was a joke.

This place needs a major revamping. Bathroom was tiny and old. Linoleum floors. Carpet was nasty in the room and hallway. Broken windows just taped up. We booked 2 nights but only stayed one and went elsewhere for our second night. I do not recommend.

Driving up from behind the property on side streets, I could tell it's a fleabag. The sparkling pool is there for good looks because it's closed. The carpet was filthy, especially around the edges! The mattress cover edges were stained and dirty. Blech!

Ac and heat worked well! The breakfast wasn't as advertised but something was provided. For a cheaper place to stay it wasn't too bad. Right by the freeway but pretty quiet when we were relaxing in the hot tub. The staff were amazing!! We will be staying again.
