「An okay experience but overall lacking. Check in took a bit as there was no one at the desk for a bit and when they arrived, they were not highly friendly.
The room was okay and as promised with the number of beds and while the sleep was comfortable, overall the room was subpar with street noise quite evident through the experience. The TV did not work and the large gap on the top of the door to the bathroom was interesting.

「In one was on property. We have to call a phone number they left on a note to get us checked in.
The heater in the room very noisy. I dont know how to adjust it. And there is no one on property to talk to . It is just a messy situation. We haven’t slept well.
For breakfast, no coffee ( thermo there but it is empty !!) again , no one there to help.
It was a bad experience for us. I do believe if someone was there, probably the experience would be much better. Very disproportionated ! 」

「Never stay here! The reviews are very deceptive. The hot tub is the only reason we chose to stay and it doesn’t even work which is probably a good thing after seeing how disgusting the rooms are! Hair in the sheets, tub and toilet looked like it has NEVER been cleaned and the TV didn’t even work. We up and left it was so bad and they never helped with a discount or our money back. I would rather sleep in the horse compartment of my horse trailer!!!! 」

「Comfortable room if a bit dated. Direct TV didn't work even though the staff tried everything to help. They were very accommodating. The attached restaurant was good. The "lodge" is really an old motel that has been renovated. Still, it was a comfortable stay.」
