"Heidi was lovely. She even came to our room to show us how to use the tv/remote. My only critique would be that the stairs could use some reinforcement. Perhaps in the two months they are closed, they could build a new stronger staircase."
"A 3rd party advertised this hotel as being in a town 50 miles away from its actual location. They do NOT have a pool as advertised. I do not fault the MOTEL for any of this. They say it has happened to them many times by this well known entity."

"I wish they had options for food like vending machines after 11pm"
"We have been coming here for over a decade. Always love this place. The upgrades are nice. Clean rooms too. Just miss the cabin-feel decor. Pool and hot tub were refreshing! Restaurant was a bit pricy with minimal options but food and cocktails were good. We will be back next year! "

"Driving up to the property, we thought the GPS was confused! The house is up/along a winding dirt road with rock formations along the side. The house was beautiful including the decor. We found everything we needed in the house. The bedrooms upstairs had large and very comfortable beds (you have to use the step provided to get in them as they are very tall due to the wood frame) The bed downstairs was not comfortable however. We were a little worried about the lack of air conditioning but we didn’t need to be. The house is up in the moutains so the temperature was perfect. The only down side was the parking. Would definitely stay here again! "
