Cameron House on Loch Lomond

"First class hotel. The staff make this place stand out because they are so so lovely. We ate in Loma, La Vista, The Tavern, and had drinks in the Great Scots Bar and they were all brilliant. The only small problem was lack of service on the second time we use the Great Scots Bar. No one brought us a menu or asked us what drinks we wanted. And even after they knew we were there they never came to the table at all that night. But it was a minor issue. Other suggestions are making walks in the estate a little easier to navigate. Very easy to get confused when you’re getting close to Ballach end of the estate. We loved this hotel and will hopefully be back."

"Wonderful one night stay. Comfortable and clean. Great directions provided by the owners. Would be a great spot if you have little ones as the shared space has a lovely play space. Toiletries were top notch."

"The apartment is spacious. Everything is very clean and everything needed is included. The views are beautiful. 3 miles up the road to the main hotel, where the pool and restaurants are excellent."

"We booked a room with a private bathroom, the room was clean and had all the basic morning needs; kettle, tea, instant coffee and sugar. The bathroom was recently updated, it was well done and served us well. We got there on a Saturday and were informed about their live band playing in the bar that night, our room was at the back so we were not disturbed by it. A nice spot to bed down on our road trip."
