「Single room for 1 night, a bit cosy but the price was unbeatable. Quiet, clean, comfy bed, good shower amenities, easy parking, polite staff, good wifi. Only improvement I can suggest is to put a darker curtain as quite a bit of light goes through during summer.」

「This is a charming independent hotel in a convenient location for Norwich centre. As with all hotels of its ilk it does not have the funding provided by the conglomerates but the plus side is its individuality and character. The staff were really good 」

「Very friendly staff. I had the opportunity to order an evening meal (Sunday) which was excellent. Breakfast was included which again was excellent. Help yourself to cereal, fruit juice and DIY toast. I ordered the vegan hot breakfast which was brought to me on a plate, everything was hot and cooked to my liking. 「Staff were friendly and excellent and location is what we expected and room and comfort was very good. The only thing we were not too happy was the free drink with the meal which was house wine as we had RED and WHITE which were not very good as we did express that to the staff there? Also There were no BRANDY in the evening on Saturday around 9pm?」

「The room, facilities were fantastic. The little touches, Norfolk Natural Living….. bubble bath, shower gel and shampoo with conditioner, added to the quality of our stay! Bread source breakfast was delicious! Home made bread source biscuits with their amazing coffee in the room was lovely to have on arrival and again first thing in the morning. Highly recommend, everything was as advertised. 」

「From the immediate warm and genuinely friendly welcome, to the home cooked, delicious pub food, we could not fault this delightful inn. I have to be honest, I was not expecting the high standard we experienced for the price paid and so were especially delighted. The lovely touch of two (unexpected) continental breakfasts in 'go bags' for our onward journey the next day to the wonderfully comfortable bed and the obvious pride everyone we met takes in their property I cannot praise them highly...
