「The air conditioner is noisy. Even if it is not turned on, the main air circulation system of the hotel is still running and cannot be turned off! No matter how good it is, it is useless. Noise has the greatest impact on sleep quality. I wish I was in my own car at that time.」

「This place was wonderful! Cute, clean, quiet. I saw other guests' cars outside but never heard anyone else. I loved the kitchenette and the little balcony outside. West Chester is an incredibly cute little town and while downtown wasn't quite walking distance from the hotel, it was the perfect suburban oasis to relax and get some rest. Nothing too frilly or over the top- just an incredibly clean, quiet, charming little hotel. We will come back whenever we're in the area.」

「This is a highly-recommended hotel. The location is quite convenient. Everything is great, feeling like a home. One thing that they can improve is the offering of the breakfast. It is quite hard to get breakfast outside the hotel in the morning. So, if there is breakfast offered, even a simple continental breakfast, that would be great and the convenient for business travelers.」
