「I was denied a receipt at check out. Housekeeping every other day, usuall required another visit to the front desk daily to get towels, washcloths, coffee, etc. New computer system was creating a lot of problems for staff.」

「This place is new and clean. The suites are lovely and nicely stocked. However, I was woke by lots of noise in the room above me. No one answered the phone at the front desk, so I couldn't even ask to have the noise addressed. Doesn't seem like the staff is paying attention. Also the breakfast food was sitting in grease. Seems like for such a nice Hilton hotel brand, that you all could do better.」

「When we walked in the front door, the entry and lobby smelled so good - EVERY day. Our room and bathroom were very clean. AC was wonderful. Room was spacious. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Christina at the front desk was always warm, friendly, cheerful and helpful- no matter the time of day. She is a HUGE plus to this location. Breakfast was exceptional for a "hotel breakfast." Suggestion: More lights are needed on the side of the room above the fridge/TV/dresser area. Too dark on...

「Well, it is by the Airport but the amount of noise from 2am to 5am is horrific. I slept better in Afganistan. Hotel is clean and good breakfest. Bring ear protection lol.」

「I paid for breakfast ahead of time when booking but they still asked me to pay when I got it. It was 15 bucks so I just told them to charge the room because that’s not much. But why pay ahead of time when booking lol」
