「In a venerable building such as this, there are always sure to be minor defects - creaking floorboards above us was one - but that didn't detract from a really nice stay in the spacious Duke room. 「We had a short break to Lyme Regis and stayed at the Rock Point Inn, the room was great, just what we needed. The bed and duvet were so comfortable we almost didn't get up. The location was perfect, right on the beach and close to everything in town. Our only issue was that the hotel is on a busy road and as the building is old it has sash windows with single glazing so road traffic noise was a problem to start with but that is something that cannot be helped. 」
