"Incredibly sweet hostess (Cathy) who truly cares and knows the area well. We stayed in the Safari room and loved all the decor. It came with a large private bath with plenty of fresh towels. Breakfast was served made to order eggs and bacon with delicious coffee and fresh fruit cup. Unique and thoroughly enjoyable experience staying here. "

"The hotel is new and clean. The first couple of days of our stay was ok, although our room smelled like cigarette smoke. The problem came during the weekend when there were loud parties and guests. The walls, ceilings and floors are paper thin. So you can hear everything, including the TVs, of all the rooms around you. We were on the third floor and the average noise from the parking lot was very noticeable. Also, there is a freight train that passes near the hotel every night and then at about 6:15 am with loud and constant whistles and bells. The location is very good, staff is very friendly and hotel is clean and overall nice. But, hard to get a good rest."

"The room was not cleaned every day. The bill was confusing, showing a daily "green fee" when there was no golf course. The total amount was divided in three parts which were separately charged to my credit card."

"I stayed one night at this hotel to rest up for the Rose City Run. It wasn't in the best of conditions; the stairway to the second floor wasn't well lit at night, and there was chipped paint on the railings. But at least my room was reasonably clean, and my bed was comfortable, so I still had a good night's sleep."
