Second year in a row staying here. Very easy to get to. Clean from the outside in! Very friendly staff and helpful. Easy access daily getting in and out from the parking lot to your room. Parking area is big and well lit. They had a nice area where you could sit, eat, chat etc. Not a restaurant in the hotel but many close by. I will be back again next year. Thank you!

Everything was great and the staff was wonderful. The only thing that was a little frustrating was there was only one elevator. That made getting up to your room and down to the lobby a little slow. There are a lot of amenities and restaurants close by. I would recommend this hotel to anybody.

Filthy floors that I had to wash with a wet towel, which was black when finished. Empty soap and shampoo pumps in bathrooms. I was told hotel didn't supply soap or shampoo. One of bed side lights didn't work. Spaghetti sauce stuck to the floor. Uncomfortable bed and pillows

The room was very clean and the staff was nice and accommodating. I love that the pool was inside as I could swim when I wanted, and the exercise room was helpful when I felt like doing a mini workout. The breakfast was really good and the staff made sure there was an abundance of everything to eat. The hotel felt very secluded, but was near a lot of restaurants and stores. 10 out of 10 would recommend staying here.

The person at the when I checked in, Kira or Kerra, wasn’t so pleasant during check in it was like she had to be forced to speak. The hallway had an odor like old carpet, and the room and a different smell as well. Although clean, it still had an odor.

Seemed like checking in took long. Then I was informed the elevator was not working. I asked if there was a room on a floor lower than the fourth since I have an injured leg. I was told no. Later the desk clerk asked about my stay and I informed her again I was upset about the elevator situation. She laughed at me which I didn't appreciate.
