「Clean room, plenty of parking, easy to find the rooms, tv and lamps all worked, door dashers don’t get lost, easy to find the hotel. The PM front desk was a bit of a hassle. If you’re divorced and your last name doesn’t match your ID and form of payment, you will get the run around and sign multiple forms for charges and write down the CC number, etc… other than checkin, it was no frills easy time.」

Overall a great place to stay. I did see the gym which had the key workout machines, free weights and plenty of workout space. There are plenty of fast food places nearby for a quick bite to eat.」

「I returned back to Douglas, for my sister in law's wedding. New I was going to stay at my favorite place, and as always, never disappointed. I was met with new staff at the front desk. Mr. Charles, who I got to know over the 3 days, I stayed. Was very helpful in every way. It's like the establishment didn't miss a beat, in the customer service department.
