「Great property - we stayed in a LARGE 2 bedroom suite. The resort is right on the beach and has its own pool. It is convenient to many local restaurants. The hotel staff were very friendly, particularly the valets. They had great suggestions for meals and were always very nice. My one complaint is that the fitness center is closed. This should be noted somewhere.」

「This will be my go-to spot to stay in Naples from now on and it's a great value. They welcomed us with champagne, the rooms were updated and beautiful. The pool is small but perfect for a quick dip to cool off. They provide golf cart service to the Ave at any time and even picked up after dinner at 10. Breakfast was included with many options. I had the yogurt parfait and a breakfast sandwich which was delicious. Thank you Capri Inn.」

「It is the first time we have visited this property despite having travelled to Naples for 20 years. Excellent hotel, excellent facilities, excellent location and the staff were all amazing. They literally could not do enough to help, super polite.」

「I like the complimentary shuttle service. However, it wasn't always available at a moment's notice. The wait would have been 15 min. Too much cash spent on tipping. The 5 days we stayed were records breaking temperatures, so shuttle service was nice. The front desk staff were all very friendly. Requests for extra hangers and housekeeping service were courteous and prompt. 2 complementary water bottles each day were provided. 「We couldn’t have been more impressed with The Boat House. Though the property is older, the rooms are HUGE, spotlessly clean and beautifully updated. Everything was lovely and it was very reasonably priced. The staff was so kind and accommodating. Beautiful view of the water from the dock. We will recommend and stay again without a doubt. We walked to dinner and breakfast as well. Thank you for such a delightful stay!」
