「The reception at night didn’t give a clear instruction on how we park our car when we already arrived very late. He can’t speak English very well so we can’t communicate smoothly. Also, the reception at daytime was not keen in answering our questions, which was not we expect for a “four-star” hotel.」

「Breakfast was delicious and the hotel itself is nice. Can't. Moment on spa amenities but they are pricey. Has easy access to the ferry to take you to the city center or other places. The room was just ok. Had 2 small quilts instead of one large one, the shower head was very weak, the TV didn't work upon arrival and had to have maintenance come fix it. After that, it kept freezing and I had to unplug it from the back and plug it back in everytime I went to use it.」

「Absolutely lovely small hotel, with an elegant and comfortable bar and multiple common areas on every floor. Room are spacious and cozy. Location is perfect. Avoid 5th floor due to slopped ceiling over the bed and smaller windows. I hit my head at night pretty hard on the slope, but that was the only flaw. Breakfast is great. Would definitely stay here again (just on a lower floor :).」

「This was my second stay at Hotel Skeppsholmen and it was a far inferior experience than my first. One of the hotel's main attraction is the designs and furniture in the rooms. The designs were neither functional nor aesthetically pleasing. The tv could be turned on by my neighbour's remote (staff finally came to pull the power plug). 「Hôtel rénové très bien situé face à la gare T centralen avec au pied 1 accès métro, aurait le max d'étoiles si l'on n'essayait pas d'attribuer aux singles la plus incommodante des chambres, avec 20 cm autour du lit, 1 penderie de 50cm sur 70 de hauteur, sans siège ni espace bureau, sombre, étouffante, alors qu'on a réservé et payé pour 10 jours. Sous couvert d'être 1 cadeau, avec 1 lit en 140. Changement obtenu pour 1 vraie single sous les toits lit Moelleux en 120 cm mais enfin de quoi pendre...
