「The reception at night didn’t give a clear instruction on how we park our car when we already arrived very late. He can’t speak English very well so we can’t communicate smoothly. Also, the reception at daytime was not keen in answering our questions, which was not we expect for a “four-star” hotel.」

「Fint, rent och bra med kyl och vattenkokare. Grym frukost, lite trångt dock. Rummen har en korthållare som slår på strömmen. Verkar driva kylen, så den är inte kall när man kommer. Var mycket nöjd med min vistelse och kommer försöka besöka där igen.」

Room very comfortable if a bit on the small side. Efficient bathroom, great amenities (the cold pool was unbelievable and unbelievably appreciated in the 2025 extremely hot and humid summer). Just a great place. Great breakfast but on the expensive side (…). 」

「My son and enjoyed our stay. The property, staff and location were all excellent. Stockholm is wonderful and the hotel is located near the Old Town and other areas of interest. The immediate area is quaint with high quality shopping and dining. Staff was incredible especially Malin the reservation manager/concierge as well as the restauarant staff

「This is such a great hotel. The rooma are small, but that's the only small minus. Everything else is wonderful--the breakfast, staff, location, bars (rooftop and next to the lobby), and dinner at the restaurant. We loved it and will definitely stay here again.」
"評估過整個斯德哥爾摩住宿而選擇這間，主要考量的因素是我們帶著孩子們來旅遊又住宿多晚，需要較大的空間及床位，如果以上是你們考量的點，那就選Clarion Hotel Sign就對了。家庭房的四個床位都很舒適，不像一般的沙發床那麼堅硬，距離機場快線也很近，美中不足的就是窗景普通，沒辦法對外看到公園景色，有點可惜。"
"The hotel is very conveniently located, right next to the central station, and there are many different restaurants nearby.
However, the room windows are very close to the road, making it quite noisy. Housekeeping service was average, as the staff did not replace our towels during cleaning."
