「The reception at night didn’t give a clear instruction on how we park our car when we already arrived very late. He can’t speak English very well so we can’t communicate smoothly. Also, the reception at daytime was not keen in answering our questions, which was not we expect for a “four-star” hotel.」

I overslept and missed check-out by an hour and they were extremely forgiving! can't attest to the breakfast but the bed, pillows, robe, shower pressure, and all other amenities were amazing! there's no telephone, so be prepared to be completely unbothered. air conditioning was easy to control.」

「This was my second stay at Hotel Skeppsholmen and it was a far inferior experience than my first. One of the hotel's main attraction is the designs and furniture in the rooms.
