A wonderful stay

The hotel was amazing overall, though both my husband and I would have preferred some firmer pillows compared to the ones that were in the room. Maybe a selection for people who prefer firmer or softer pillows would be an idea for improvement. Otherwise we can't fault the hotel, the room and bed were amazing and so was the breakfast!

Lots of construction in front and adjacent to the hotel The check-in area is a hot mess, and cramped. The attendants were very polite and super attentive but the checking area was hard to deal with The 6th floor was impressive, as was the room. Very clean and updated. But I was on a side adjacent to the construction so my view was horrible (had to keep the blinds closed). Once construction is complete it would be a nice hotel to stay in

Lots of construction going on just outside the hotel while we were staying there. It was a bit of a nuisance. Stayed there on two separate occasions and got rooms with terrible views both times.

This hotel is in a very good location. However, we were not told that the hotel reception area is being refurbished and the area immediately surrounding the hotel. We were woken up to drilling noises early in the morning and what should have been a lovely reception area was tiny and poky. We appreciate that refurbishment works need to be carried out but as customers, we should have been told about this to allow us to book alternative hotels. We don't feel this is acceptable and there was no alteration in prices to recompense for this inconvenience.

It was very comfortable to stay because of helpful stuff and clean room. And this hotel was located at the centre of Stockholm, which was very convenient for sightseeing on foot and for using transport.
