「I had a wonderful stay at the Little House, would definitely stay again! The place was so cosy and warm when I arrived, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. For me, the only downside was the size of the bathroom (not ideal for a tall person!) and a couple of stray hairs in the bed and makeup stain on one of the towels.」

「Great location, extremely convenient to Summerhill and downtown Leiston. 10 minute taxi from Saxmundham train station. Book a cab in advance, as many cab “companies” are just a single driver and waits can be long when it’s busy. Host offers a variety of cereal in the morning. Some rooms are up a steep flight of stakes, and host offered help carrying suitcases upstairs. Mattress was on the bouncier side which you may find uncomfortable if sharing the bed. 「Room was small and a bit dated but a large balcony and we were lucky with the sunshine so we did sit out for a while each day. It would be beautiful in the summer ! That said the hotel is lovely, comfortable with lots of lively places to sit and read. The food is excellent - fantastic meal three courses for 33 pounds and well worth it. We would stay again and Aldeburgh is just lovely !!」

「Lovely hotel on the seafront and close to all of Aldeburgh's attractions. Would also recommend the Indian restaurant in the hotel which was delicious. The room was clean and spacious but very hot, even with windows open all day. The hotel itself has a lot of stairs and the lift was not working so do let them know if you need an accessible room. Overall would definitely stay again. 」
