"Room and staff were great"

"Mixed experience. On one side a five star hotel, but the restaurant was closed and available dishes very limited, TV was down several times (not a big issue, but having some music in the room when we were in had been great). We had a 2 double bed room that was just enough spacious for us (2 adults, 1 child) but to small for 4 people. There was definitively not enough space in wardrobes for clothes. The bathroom was also very small, no separation of toilet seat and rest, good enough for 1 person but not for 3 or 4. I also missed sort of a business center to do printing but the Concierge was able to do this for you. Warm, friendly and helpful staff. Interior of the hotel and the rooms match the 5 star level. Great location, close to Arc the Triomphe and the whole surrounding. "

"Quaint and convenient. It was a pleasant surprise given our past history of hotels in Paris. Clean and spacious bathroom, friendly and helpful staff. Easy access to attractions, shopping etc. As a suggestion more shelving is needed. There is space for a wider table and to put in some corner shelves. "

"I stayed there in September. I felt safe, breakfast was amazing and the workers in that area was amazing and helpful. Building renovated and clean. Area is convenient to all tourist attraction by bus and taxi. Staff was amazing. Princess checked us in and she was polite, professionally and helpful. Thank you again. I will be back to this hotel."
