"The staff was wonderful and the hotel is lovely - clean, unfussy in design, quiet, and great bedding. Nothing at all to complain about. They loaned me an adapter to charge my phone and they were friendly and helpful. My only issue is with the hotels.com app - I put a different area into my preferences filter and didn’t realize that I was booking a hotel in the wrong area.
