Citadines hotel was an apart hotel which had a little kitchen area that was well equipped for a couple. The hotel is very well place in Montmatre and it was very easy to get into the centre of a Paris on the metro. The hotel had a roof top terrace that had seating and you had excellent views of Paris. The continental breakfast in the morning was very good with an excellent selection. Staff were very helpful. Would highly recommend the hotel.

The room was nice and clean. The hotel has no AC but they did provide a fan. It was a little uncomfortable at night because it did get warm. If you need AC this is not the hotel for you during the warm months.

The room was nice , bed was comfortable. Unfortunately it was very hot when we arrived and we understood air conditioning is not really a thing in Paris but at least our room had a fan. Nice breakfast buffet. Good proximity to the metro; easy to get around. Many restaurants in the area. Unfortunately homeless people and sex shops in the area also.

Excellent location for walking to local restaurants and the basilica. Very close to Metro station. We had a nice balcony to have our own meals on. Kitchen good for light meal prep. Very nice roof top view. Just be aware that no air conditioning.

A very good 3-night stay at this central Citadines hotel in Montmartre. It’s up a quiet cul-de-sac beside the (very interesting!) cemetery so amazingly peaceful for a city centre accommodation. Check in staff were lovely - friendly, professional & multilingual - and gave me the quiet room that I’d requested. Its location is excellent as everywhere in Montmartre is walkable, all the sights, local supermarkets and eateries galore if not self catering. My studio was very spacious and comfortable and, even in 38C, I managed to sleep well with only a fan. Ticked all my boxes and will certainly use again.

The staff was friendly. I was disappointed that I got charged 15 euros for breakfast each day when 1) I wasn't aware they would charge me when I enter the breakfast room. They asked me to sign the sign in sheet. I thought it was for attendance. 2) The second day of breakfast which I was also charged; they didn't have the sufficient bacon, so I barely ate but still paid the 15 euros at checkout. Other than that, I would come again and I am now aware breakfast will be charged.

Good location for walking up into Montmartre & close to Place de Clichy Metro for connections. Plenty of local restaurants. The hotel looks a bit old, sad & in need of renovation. The room was clean& everything seemed to work, but the wood effect flooring of our room was no longer stuck down, so tiles lifted off when walking with wet feet. The rooftop terrace is a bonus, albeit quite small. There are views across the city and a few sun loungers. We didn't use the restaurant as the rooms have a small kitchen, so you can self-cater to a degree. A big downside was noise. We were on the 1st floor overlooking the street & it was very noisy well into the night. Not the worst place to stay, but I don't think I'd go back.

The room itself is great. Very large for Paris. Had a small kitchen area with appliances so you can cook a small meal if you want. The location is also very good, tucked away at the end of a street so it’s quieter than you would expect for the location. The location of the toilet was a bit weird. It’s separated from the rest of the bathroom. The bed was a bit hard and not having AC are the two biggest downsides for me. But if you’re used to that, it’s a great place to stay.

Excellent location near to metro and bus stops. Supermarket nearby for provisions. Room good with all amenities and excellent check in with Morgan. Quick , friendly and efficient. Air con in room which was great. Cleaned once during the week but could get clean towels etc on demand.just be careful when booking a taxi from reception however as our driver to CDG put us on a meter rather than the fixed flat fare and wanted E20 more, then demanded cash from us. Got very angry when he found out we didnt have enough got quite scary and literally took what we had including coins and then drove off.Just check what they are going to charge you. Lively area at the bottom of the street but very quiet where hotel is located next to a very interesting cemetery. There is a bar restaurant directly across the street which is excellent and good value for the three course menu dujour.
