Excellent hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff. Room and bathroom are a very generous size, well air conditioned and located very close to metro and bus stops!! The staff is very excellent, especially Kadi and Victoire, both very friendly and very helpful! Definitely will return!

We Liked the friendly staff, especially Guy, who was so helpful giving us directions and advises with a nice smile. We also, liked how the place is clean and tied. The hotel is close to public transportation and metro stations. The area is safe and nice. There are restaurants, bars and coffee shops around. The hotel also, provides complimentary snack and coffee after 2 pm.

Had a fantastic stay. Nearly perfect- only issue was with shower/ bath. No proper water drainage but to be fair we didn’t raise this with hotel staff. Had we done so I’m sure they would’ve acted upon this.

The hotel is fantastic! Great and safe location. Very clean! The staff was super friendly and helpful at any time. The breakfast was delicious too! We were super lucky to find this gem at a great price. I would definitely come back. Just one note: the lift is very small.

The hotel was in a quiet street, easily accessible by car, close to the Gare du Nord and with excellent transport links. The staff were very kind and went out of their way to assist us. We were able to keep our bags in the hotel until the evening when our train was due. The hotel is very generous with free snacks all afternoon until 2am. They also provide a generous breakfast with a small but complete selection of continental breakfast items. Would highly recommend staying here and would definitely rebook.

Amazing customer service. The fridge was initially broken, but they replaced it for a new one and offered us breakfast, which was increadible, to make up for it. It was clean and the location is great.
