The room was immaculate and the heated floors in the bathroom were a nice touch, the location was safe, room service was fast (and most importantly delicious), and the courtyard was gorgeous. "This hotel has a great location within walking distance to much of what I wanted to see. Most importantly, I could walk to the central train station to catch trains to other countries. The hotel is clean and well maintained, and the staff is very courteous and helpful. I wouldn't call the breakfast fabulous, but it is certainly well done and met my needs nicely. I was upgraded from a single to a double, and, unfortunately, even the double is pretty small. Two tiny beds in a very small room. The bathroom is functional, but that's the best I can say about it. One of the nicest things was that I could open the windows. I was there in April, and the heat was on, so the fresh air helped a lot. Rooms were cleaned daily without even asking. Very quiet. Only one elevator, which did not turn out to be a problem for me. I'm glad I made this choice, rather than the other options I had in mind, primarily because of the location."

"Room was bigger than I thought and on ground level which was awesome. However, the bed was probably one of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. Location was prime. Didn’t eat there, so I can’t comment on the food or service"

"Great location in a vibrant walkable friendly neighborhood with good restaurants and an easy 15 minute walk from the train station. We arrived jet-lagged and were welcomed immediately. We left our luggage downstairs and it was brought up when our room was ready. Our room was spacious with high windows overlooking the street. Highly recommend and would return!"

"Amazing, helpful and friendly staff, unfortunately let down by the hotel itself. Bathrooms need updating, the sealant and shower floors were all yellow, while the cleaners have done their best, it needs a whole freshen up. Just didn't feel clean after using the bathrooms. Rooms were comfortable enough, but again could do with a freshen. Location is just outside the tourist areas, easy to park too. The restaurant menu could be a bit bigger too if I was being super critical, but the food itself was cooked well."
