「The property has terrific staff but is a bit out of the way and very limited facilities. The rooms feel a bit strange with the shower and toilet in the rear of the property, which is not entirely enclosed. The bath tub was not clean. Overall the hotel has the potential to be a lovely retreat but falls a bit short in some key ways. Airport taxi return booked through the hotel did not turn up but the staff were excellent and made very quick alternative arrangements.」

「We booked this hotel with free breakfast for five nights. When we arrived at there, a front desk lady immediately tried to sell us a tour package for the Angkor ruins. We didn't purchase it right away. She also told us there was no free breakfast. The next day we bought a three-day Angkor tour plan from a nice front desk gentleman. He said we missed this morning's breakfast. We were confused why the lady told us there was no free breakfast. Later we double-checked the web site we booked from and...

「It was a wonderfully relaxing stay. The entire place has a warm, cozy atmosphere, and all the furniture is made of solid wood, giving it a natural and elegant feel. The water pressure was strong and the hot water was steady—perfect for a soothing shower. The spa experience was also excellent, with a calming ambiance and pleasant aroma that helped me fully unwind. Overall, it was a truly rejuvenating stay that I’d highly recommend.」
