The best thing about the hotel for me was definitely the absolutely incredible staff - they were so helpful, warm and friendly. I researched the conflict on the Cambodian border with Thailand, and determined it would not impact our visit. I was correct, we both felt very safe and relaxed at all times. The Jaya House River Park Hotel is beautiful. The design incorporates the lovely culture of the area with modern, artful and interesting touches. The room accommodation was first class. The hotel is a peaceful oasis, with beautiful gardens and grounds. The soul of the hotel is the staff. Their spirit of warmth, welcome, and personal attention have left an indelible mark on me.
