great time in Siem Reap

it was terrific, a lot more than what I bargain for, the room was bigger than I anticipated, very clean, the lobby was huge, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent, the setting eating area by the pool was so peaceful, it was more than I ever imagined, great place to stay.

Nice hotel good location

The hotel communal areas and pool are lovely, however the rooms are a little tired. My resquests were accommodated however external noise caused it to be less relaxing. Easy reach of pub street and night market. Room was spacious and staff were very helpful

The property is in need of a little TLC but one can overlook this due to its cleanliness and good price. What is unacceptable is to show treadmills in the website gym photos yet no treadmills in the gym. Also when you include breakfasts and you indicate it’s available till 10:00 am .. the hotel management should ensure that all the items are available in the matter in which they are meant to be eaten ie hot until that time that’s just common courtesy for your guess …why is everything shut down and the cleaning crew removing stuff at 9:30 perhaps earlier these small changes would in my opinion help the customer overlook the datedness of the place

Dejligt ophold

Dejligt ophold på et hotel jeg også besøgte for 4 år siden. Dog har Covid-19 sat sine spor og hotellet var næsten kun lige genåbnet, med begrænset service ifht at morgenmadsbuffet ikke længere fandtes, pool området så lidt lukket ud og vi virkede som de eneste gæster. Håber gæsterne vender tilbage til Siem Reap og dette hotel som er et dejligt ophold

Great Stay Overall

Service was amazing especially the front desk named Meng Houy. He was very helpful since day one we visited there. The downside is breakfast. There is not much selection for breakfast buffet.

10 minutes by tuk-tuk to Angkor Wat !!

We stayed for 4 nights here. the pool was clean and beautiful as the photo. We were happy that the staff always greeted us with a smile. We had delicious noodles and omelets every morning, Of course, there are many other choices. It's a bit far from the bustling area, we always used a tuk-tuk and no problem. We'll sure to stay at this hotel next visit.

Wonderful hotel with top notch service. Very clean all throughout. Great breakfast. Pool is an oasis. Massage excellent. Very pleased with our stay. Will definitely stay here again. Employees are the best in the business.

The location was perfect for both temple visiting and close enough to walk to modern store to get anything you may have forgotten to bring. The hotel itself had top notch staff who were helpful and attentive in every way. The pool was large, clean, just like in the photo. It had transportation readily available, both air conditioned car/van and tuk tuk service. The rooms facing the pool are all quiet at night and very comfortable.
