"Booked the hotel for the express passes at the park, which worked well. Some of the housekeeping and maintenance was a little lacking. Staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Gardens looked beautiful, sadly we didn't have the weather to explore them. I definitely would not pay the money just for the hotel."

The biggest pillow on the bed had a wrinkled pillowcase that almost looked like someone had laid on it, and their air-freshener was…weird. Breakfast was fine and like I said, staff was nice."
