"Room was clean, a little smaller than expected. We did have trouble with the room lock but other than that we would definitely stay again, hotel was very nicely kept and staff was awesome. They were so nice and quickly met any needs we had. We also enjoyed breakfast every morning as we stayed 3 nights."

"My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and unsatisfactory. During my stay, I felt that I was treated unfairly and unprofessionally by a customer service representative. The representative accused me of making threats, which I strongly dispute. Instead, I felt that I was subjected to inappropriate behavior and poor treatment. Additionally, I overheard employees engaging in personal, non-work-related conversations on company phones, which I found to be unprofessional. I also felt that I was unfairly judged and treated differently as a Black male. Despite having paid for multiple days of lodging, I was informed that I would be required to leave the premises the following day without what I believe was a valid reason. Overall, this was one of the most negative customer service experiences I have ever encountered. I expected to be treated with professionalism, respect, and fairness, but unfortunately, that was not my experience."

"I don’t have time to use the gym or go to the pool. I I’d not see the pool but the gym looked great. The refrigerator was small and didn’t have a freezer. That would have been nice to have. Paper towels would have been a bonus too. Chick-fil-A was literally right outside the door. It was super convenient to grab food and come back into the room to eat. It was an easy a quick (less than 15 minutes) to drive to Fort Jackson. I would recommend this hotel."

"I ended in this place after my 1st reservation at Motel 6 was a total loss of money, time and stressful. After not being relocated due to horrible "Expedia" Customer Service, i was left stranded for "2 days" and had to book this place at least for 1 night to sleep with my underage brother. The reception area was decent, and the Customer service was great, I'm not going to lie. But our room just smelled like a humid old room and the restroom was dirty. We also found a black trash bag in our room with a used condom and other plastic wrapping, we were just fed up with this trip at this point and just needed to sleep before heading back to California. The front desk representative was great, everything else not good!"
