"Nice hotel. Easy check in / check out. Beds and bathroom was clean EXCEPT the floors were not swept in our room. There were peanuts smashed on the floor and obvious dirt and crumbs in other areas. The floor behind the toilet was exceptionally dirty and looked as though it was not just missed for one day. Heat and air worked perfect. Other than the dirty floor we had no complaints."

"I’m mistakenly booked this for my 19-year-old son that was going to see a friend‘s graduation, it looked great online definitely was not when he got there. The rooms were gross and falling apart and the room they put another room in the air conditioner was on full blast and broke and could not be turned off. He finally found a manager to Switch him to another room only to wake up and his truck had been stolen. Do not stay in this hotel. I really wish I would’ve found somewhere else for my son to stay, but he was tired and didn’t want to leave."

"Terrible experience. When we first arrived to the room, you could smell marijuana inside the room. Our room had a balcony that overlooked the pool area. As soon as you opened the balcony door you were hit with an overwhelming smell of marijuana. I had children with me that couldn’t use the pool due to the overwhelming smell of marijuana. The beds were also horrible. They were like sleeping on a piece of plywood. We checked out a day early due to this. I asked for a refund on the night we didn’t use, only to be told this had to be done through hotels.com. Hotels.com tried to reach to the hotel property several times only to be told they had to contact the manager during certain times. To my knowledge they could never reach the manager. When I first contacted hotels.com about the refund of the night we didn’t use, they advised me the hotel property said I wasn’t checked out. I checked out with the front desk clerk before I left. I called the hotel property asking if they had me checked out. They said no. I told them I checked out at the front desk and needed to be checked out. The girl on the phone was rude and said yeah we’ll do that. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone."

"This hotel is now owned by an investment firm per a sign in the lobby. It was very dirty and not maintained. Our first clue was that there were only about 5 cars in the parking lot, a pile of couches in the parking lot, and several screens on the windows were torn. At first we weren’t even sure it was still in business. Staff was friendly but after checking in and getting to our room we decided to leave. Mold and rust were in the room, a lamp shade was broken and torn, the curtains had small holes in them, and it was obvious it was not kept up. We left and went to another hotel."

"When I booked this room at Hotels.com the total cost was supposed to be $72.37 with all taxes, fees, trip insurance and OneKeyCash discount. However, La Quinta billed my credit card $100 for the room. Breakfast was below standard. Coffee was undrinkable. No oatmeal among food options "

"Great location, easy to get to USC campus. Staff were friendly and helpful. Property and room was clean and comfortable. Parking $10 per day but you could come and go - there were spaces but a little tricky to get in and out of if you have anything larger than a sedan. Overall great stay!"
