The employees were awesome! Room was awful. I checked out a day early. Needs to be gutted and started all over. Flooring had big gaps, dead roaches squashed on pictures, just a nasty room.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. The sheets were clean and the beds very comfortable. However, the rooms were dirty. They had cobwebs and spiders along with the floor being dirty. We were in two different rooms , both were the same. In the first one the toilet didn’t have any water and wouldn’t flush. The vent in that room was so full of dust no air could come through. We were ask to change rooms. The second room wasn’t clean either. Very disappointed in the room and I don’t suggest anyone stay there.

The property was not up to code, our room had live and dead roaches, the furniture was broken and dirty, asked for a non smoking room and you can tell people smoke in the rooms, cigarettes burns. Not happy with the money you have to pay .

Breakfast was very light. Overall a bit dated, but acceptable. Bathrooms actuality had a vent that worked! Not all hotels have good vents. That made me happy. Bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. A little bit of cosmetic work and step it up on breakfast and the ratings would go up. Thanks!

The room was horrendous the tub was stained no remote had to ask for one the dresser was broke up and there was cigarette burns in both sets of blankets and the key wouldn't open the door i had too go to the front desk every time I had to get in the room

HORRIBLE! Switched rooms because one did not have heat and the key portion was dead so hotel clerk had to open door she moved me to a different room and I had the same issue door was dead. Room still had roaches all in th trouble And around toilet as soon as I turned the light on in the bathroom. DID NOT STAY left out. For $100 PLUS A HOLDING FEE IS CRAZY FOR THIS DISGUSTING ESTABLISHMENT! Save your money it’s disgusting

The room could have been cleaner, the heat register was dirty & cobwebs on furniture. The furniture was very worn & stained. The smoke detector in the room was missing. The bed wasn’t made well as the sheets & blanket didn’t cover your chest. The hot breakfast consisted of a waffle maker, coffee, orange juice & muffins had to look for napkins.

Bugs in the room, paint pelling off the ceiling, they turned the AC off while we were gone and come back to a hot room. Door to the room would barely shut and the bathroom door hinges were loose that the door was sagging causing it not to shut properly
