"I love the fact that they had daily cleaning staff, hot breakfast, a pool, several dolly's, and an easier check in and out. The staff was friendly professional, helpful, and nice."

"The staff were nice. It was clean. The hotel was not worth what we paid, especially with no complimentary breakfast. Also, the price of a cheeseburger and fries in the restaurant was ridiculously high. There was nothing special about this hotel to make it so high. Parking is an issue. The rodeo was in town so all the hotels had raised their prices. We were not there for the rodeo. We were there for an appointment with MD Anderson. The hotel did not have MDA rates. If we have to go back to MDA in Houston, we will find a different hotel. We had to make this reservation at the last minute. We didn't have enough towels and had to call twice to get extra towels. We were there for 2 nights and only had 2 towels and 2 rags. Our key cards didn't work when we got to our room. "

"Room was roomy & clean. Staff was outstanding - very friendly & accommodating. Only complaint - no ice machines. There was a refrigerator in our suite, but it did not have an ice maker & there are no ice machines/buckets to go get ice. Front desk clerk took me to the dining area kitchen to fill up my water bottle with ice, so that was appreciated!"
