"Cleaning service stole money from my personal belongs when cleaning my room on Thursday and hotel would not make accommodations Thirty lounge was closed Could not order room service directly to the room had to go down and order it in person and pay cash Ordered food and cocktail from restaurant in hotel. Restaurants staff made my drink in correctly. I ordered a sex on the beach and they made and charged me for a tequila sunrise. I paid for the drink and food and did tip as I told the wait staff they made the wrong drink and charged me in correctly they were argumentive Would not rebook"

"The staff was excellent. Very attentive. Handed us warm fresh cookies when we checked in. Everything was extremely clean. Our room was spotless and spacious. Wifi connection was easy. The parking garage ramps are quite narrow to navigate. Plently of parking spots. "

"Friendly helpful staff, nice enough room, clean, comfortable. Not the most convenient location but a decent comfortable place to stay. And the staff really are very kind."

"Very clean and heat each unit has its own ac heat unit they are a little noisier than a regular heating system but work well just fan noise "

"The room was clean but very dated. A few water stains in ceiling and peeling wallpaper. Not really that bad. Price reflects the condition. It’s fair. I would not stay here with small children, room very small. but it is fine for a what it is: a motel for travelling. Had an unusual experience though. At 3:15am the room phone rang. This was actually 4:15 am because it was time change day. It woke me and I answered it. No one there. I Hung up. Same thing again. Phone rings. So this time I unplugged it. Then 30s later a knock on the room door. The rooms are only accessible from outside. Damn sure I wasn’t opening the door at 4am to the parking lot in this part of town. So I open the curtain and it’s the guy from the lobby. Through the window , I ask him what he wants , he said “you need something ?” He was holding some clear garbage bags. I said no and he walked away. This was all strange for the time of day and disrupted my otherwise decent sleep. "
