"An excellent little holiday property. The living room area was exactly as advertised, large yet welcoming. The small bedroom with two beds is a bit smaller than expected, and the beds are quite narrow; not a problem for us, but might be an issue if you have two children that like to annoy each other (my brother and I could not have shared that room!!) The master bedroom was exceptional and I did not realise it came with it's own toilet, which made made things so much easier for myself. The kitchen had almost everything you could ask for; although while not advised on the listing, you will need to bring your own dishcloths and tea towels (just for info, bath towels are provided in the bedrooms). There was a power outage while we were at the property , and when I rang, the staff were most helpful in identifying that it was a planned outage by the power company, however that information would clearly have been helpful to know in advance. The only real downside was the drain smell coming from the sink in the main washroom. An air freshener was enough to keep the odour within the bathroom, but it was quite irking when in the toilet."

"We had the most amazing stay at this cosy, comfortable cabin surrounded by greenery. It was like living in a tree house. The birdsong was beautiful as were the sunsets and views of the night sky. The cabin was spacious enough for two and had everything we needed for our week long stay, including parking. There is a log fire with plenty of wood for cold days but we were very lucky with the weather and had warm sunshine every day which made the cabin warm and cosy to come back to after days out. Plenty of utensils and cooking implements for two. There is a large decked area in front of the folding doors which gets the sun all day and is great for a night time drink as you listen to the sounds of nature. Hans is a great host with lots of local knowledge and suggestions for places to visit and is always making sure you have everything you need. This cabin is the middle of nowhere but at the centre of everything. Short drive to shops and motorway connections. We will be back!"

"We have stayed five days there, it is nice and cosy place it has got everything you need, you just need to bring your own food, I haven’t liked that the check - in starts at 3pm but when you need to check - out is very early, at 10 am, I understand it is policy, but bare it in mind if you travel from far, you might want to book more days, also there was no sitting area outside, like at least plastic chairs or something similar if you want to enjoy the view, we have cought not so cold weather maybe this why the heating was not working (there was small electirc one, not enough for all the area) Overall we enjoyed much as we were exploring the area, would reccomend and come back there again. "

"Great one night stop, cheap and cheerful. Good pub next door just a shame it doesn’t do breakfast. Good idea to pick up tea/coffee/milk yourself so available to top up. Register car for parking."

"WiFi advertised, but there was none. Pee stains on one toilet. Skid mark in the other toilet. Outside refuse bin full to overflowing. Tried to call and text contact no provided - no reply. Other than that caravan was reasonably comfortable. "
