「Amazing besides the few blocks around seems dirty and filled with homeless」

「The pool area is incredible and the lunch we had was delicious! I love the decor! The few issues we had mostly revolved around untrained staff. Parking is a few blocks away and the bag drop off and pick up was a little challenging.」

「Limited parking at the property, with high end cars taking handicapped spaces. No cooking utensils for full kitchen, no sheets or blankets for the pull out couch. Suites are by no means soundproof (can hear guests in adjacent suites using washroom) and the cleaning staff is extremely loud. Limited breakfast, and the breakfast manager was more interested in phone than keeping dining area clean.」

「Upon entering, everything was nice and in order. After looking around, we discovered that there was hair in the bathroom and the shower, the floor was dusty, and the linen was not cleaned. There were stains on the down comforter that was provided. The loft was straightened up, not cleaned. It is a service fee which includes cleaning so it is not the customer’s job to clean up before enjoying the place or before leaving. The WiFi was not the best. It kept cutting out on both TV’s.
