"Downtown Seattle hotels are expensive—there's no getting around that. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with a great location and good-sized rooms, this property is an excellent value. During my stay, comparable hotels nearby were more than $100 per night higher. In my opinion, the extra cost wasn't justified. This hotel provided everything I needed: a comfortable room, friendly service, and easy access to downtown attractions. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good Seattle hotel without paying luxury hotel prices."

"So this property does charge you the $100 fully refundable incidentals fee, Expedia wasn’t really clear on that and the hotel website, so I went expecting that fee charge. The hotel is one block away from the Market place, there’s restaurants nearby this hotel, and if you need any last minute things for a cruise there is a Target store a block and a half away, super close! The cruise terminal can be walking distance if need to, but wouldn’t recommend it, with uneven surfaces in the sidewalks and not smooth pavement it will make it challenging and tons of hills mostly down heading to pier 66 cruise terminal but some are very steep! I did walk it to test it out and scope it out incase I needed to walk it, but I just got an uber from the PaliHotel to pier 66 it’s about a 12min ride with traffic. Mr waffle little place for a quick bite to eat is on side of hotel around the corner. The diner style restaurant that is part of the hotel is very nice and clean but I didn’t have the chance to eat at. The room was nice, bed was comfy did get a good nights sleep, the walk in shower was amazing had hot and good water pressure! I recommend and would stay again at the PaliHotel."

"The property is well located in the heart of Seattle, the rooms are comfortable and clean. The best part of our stay was the staff. They went above and beyond. Special shout out to Crystal at the front desk who took such good care of our family, including booking our shuttle service, restaurant recommendations, and overall helpful and friendly demeanor. Thank you!"

"As part of a group of friends who stayed in a three-bedroom unit, the hotel property and room themselves were amazing. Staff were hit or miss--the individual who checked me in and the concierge-style staff were helpful and friendly. Others had a somewhat flat affect and seemed to feel bothered when asked for the advertised included amenities, like dishwashing soap and laundry detergent that weren't already in the room. The only reason I'm writing this is to warn others to check your bill after leaving. I was charged a $1,000+ extra "biohazard cleaning" bill because of vomit the hotel claimed came from our balcony and affected several floors below us. When I asked what evidence the hotel had it came from our room, the hotel said they would do an investigation and get back to me. Ummm...shouldn't you have done the due diligence first?! They never even reached out to me first to inquire. Anyway, no surprise that 48 hours later (I had to follow up), the response was, "it was a miscommunication with housekeeping staff; we'll reverse the charge." Horrible."
