「Hotel was clean and appeared nice. Beds have lights under them and lights up even when a person rolls in bed, lighting up the entire room. Kids ordered “loaded” french fries. Apparently loaded is an up charge for them to put ketchup on them. Pool bar service was terrible, late to open, and no product and staff not helpful. $30 a night for parking and an added $50 destination charge per night. Was hoping for it to be a better experience but sadly it was not.」

「Service at the Waldorf Astoria was excellent from the moment we arrived. The hotel maintains a very welcoming environment. The room was spacious with a luxurious bathroom. The gym was clean with towels and water bottles on all workout equipment. Highly recommend staying here and can't wait to return.」

「FRAUDULENT charges and Terrible staff. Paid for a suite and they tried to pass off a room that's not the configuration I paid for. Moved me around twice before finally admitting they didn't have what I paid for. I left in annoyance, after they hung up on me. Also, I gave them my card for incidentals and they have billed me 3 more times including this morning even though I left yesterday. Disrespectful and rude. I've already disputed all the charges.」

「We opted for a Club Level room for our stay at the InterContinental Buckhead. The premium amenities were excellent, and the 21st-floor Club Lounge experience was fantastic. A massive highlight for us was the complimentary house car service, which made getting around the area incredibly smooth and stress-free. Unfortunately, the in-room experience and late-night service didn't quite match the luxury price tag. The drain in our bathtub was broken, meaning it wouldn't hold water or stay full....
