「Everything was perfect. Staff was very friendly and helpful.」

「Stayed in the hotel for four nights, cleaning and replacing the towels have a bad smell, the same two towels one with a no, the same water has the same problem, a smell of detergent, unopened, shower spray, separate hand-held is bad can not be used, the room is abnormally dry and temperature does not matter, a layer of ash visible to the naked eye on the bed cabinet, the daily parking pick-up staff shortage, the morning to go to the car parking are time-consuming 10 minutes or so」

「Good」

「Nice Pretty n Clean very comfortable nice area」

「no fridge and extremely small ice bucket- useless no self parking, valet $59\night I had to park in a parking structure next door. Tess hotel didn't offer sticker discount but hotel across the street did. Watched front desk staff be rude to a guest. Cash only hotel, couldn't get change to tip bellman. Would not stay here again」

「Beautiful hotel wonderful experience」

「1. Checkin was okay not great but ok 2. Avoid buffet breakfast. Was literally the worst”omelette” i ever ate. Literally trash. Couldnt finish it. And i eat everything. But that that omelette. 3. Didnt clean my room. Gave me attitude when i inquired. Proceeded to barge in despite do not disturb notice. 4.coffee was trash too 5. Gym. Gym was tiny. 6. Towels had make up stains. Not from me.」

「everything is good so far. check in is fast and convient」

「Beautiful property. Clean and quiet」

「各方面都比较满意。特别是接待的前台小哥，非常热情」

「I stayed at Hyatt Place for a weekend stay. The location was perfect for accessing restaurants and shopping. My concern was there seemed to be stains on the carpet near the closet and the sink that looked like blood. Because I wasn't there long, I avoided the area and continued about my stay. I probably should have brought it to the attention of staff while I was there to ensure that no one else was exposed to it. I just wasn't in the room long enough.」

「no cleaning one day」

「員工友善，環境清潔，地點不錯，附近有超市跟快餐很方便！」
