"The hotel itself is very nice. The issue that was, the first room smelled like sulfur, the second room. The air conditioning did not work, the third room did not smell fresh and clean. Finally, the fourth room was nice, but not the room type that I had reserved and paid for. All night, one and two the room was lightly cleaned. On days three and four, the rooms were not clean. I spoke with Management and they were more concerned with proving that the rooms had been cleaned. Why not just walk upstairs and see that the room was not cleaned. This is my experience and I do not generally complain, but this was ridiculous. I have stayed at this hotel chain in other cities and my Stay has always been wonderful, with the exception of this location."
