「Really good shampoo . My hair was sparkly 」

「The grounds themselves were good in appearance. Close to everything as well. However, the room was not clean. The base of the TV was very dusty. Under the base was a thick layer of crumbs. The floor had not been cleaned properly and it smelled like wet dog. I was in the building that runs perpendicular to the main building so it was out of public and office view, facing the woods. A woman was assaulted right outside of my door and the police were called. They said it was a rare occurrence for...

「The door to the outside downstairs from our room was not look. The lock appeared as if it had been seriously tampered with!! I called the desk and was told they knew it was broken and someone was coming the next day to fix it and he would walk the property in the night. Thankful Our room door bolted 」

「Property is overall just gross. Front desk staff guy working overnight is a creep.」

「It’s literally a crackhouse. There is no management. There are tenants selling rooms for cash. There were prostitutes in the lobby. That being said the customer service at Expedia was excellent. They had us a new room booked immediately at a safe location. This was like something out of a movie!!!」

「Was an outdated room. Squeaky faucets and ripped chair. Windows wouldn’t open. Room wouldn’t lock from inside」

「Everyone and everything was perfect. It was a busy weekend and lots of things and packed place going on. Staff did excellent job and we were in our room super fast. It was clean and bed comfy.」

「Second worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Had a cockroach in the room. Bathroom door had to be lifted up by the handle to close it. Mattresses were old and worn out with depressions. If I hadn’t already paid and been so tired, I would have left for sure. Only good things was the water in the shower was hot.」
