「Habitacion limpia, servicio bueno!」

「Everything was great. 」

「Stay nice. Place under renos, desperately needs it. Old elevator held together with electrical tape. Very old, stinks, and wasn't very clean. Pillows were terrible, sm squares.」

「Enough towels for two people. It’s amazing how many places miss this. A good bed. Also amazing. Breakfast wasn’t super-special, but that’s fine. All the stuff you should expect were right. 」

「Pool was broken and cable tv was not good quality. Fan in bathroom did not work and the heater in the bathroom was LOUD. Not impressed at all! 」

「Our room slept strong of tangerine, like they were trying to cover up a small. There was a white powder (like a carpet deodorant) and our bedding smelled like it sat in the washer too long. Our room, including bathroom was clean and that is huge for me. We were in the room very little, just to sleep. My only major complaint was lack of hot water. Water temp was warm at best」

「Great hotel would stay again. Only suggestion more signage (tall) to find it.」

「The building was under renovation. We did not know that when we arrived. Our room was completed except for the cable not being hooked up. Their maintenance team worked nonstop until it was up and running. Overall it was nice considering the work being done. They had ran out of yogurt and the maintenance guy actually drove to the store to buy our kids yogurt! We though that was amazing, he definitely did not need to do that!」

「The bed was uncomfortable and the AC blew warm air, even at 66°. When the front desk clerk checked on it, they said it was working fine. I believe the electricity being out localling and the immediate increase in guests affected the efficiency of our AC, due to the increase of guests (especially with children) we were not able to enjoy the pool or hot tub . It was due to unfortunate weather around the afea, not the hotel. 」

「It is difficult to rate the hotel as it is currently under construction. The hotel is old, hence the construction. The breakfast was eggs, bacon, biscuits, gravy, and waffles. There was cold cereal bowls and instant oatmeal. Our room was a 2 bedroom suite and each bedroom had a private bathroom.」

「We had a gigantic room and found the property to be in excellent condition. The staff was very professional and helpful. We'd definitely stay there again, but would visit the Football Hall of Fame.」

「Staff kind and helpful. None of the restaurants open. Hot tub out of order. Would love to stay there again in the summer. 」
