"Parking was easy. Staff was kind, but communication was sometimes challenging. Price was reasonable. Beds appeared clean and were comfortable. Bathroom was not clean. Hair on top of toilet seat, one on rim of bowl. Nasty. Dirt and hair pile in corner behind door. Bathtub chipped and stained to the point of brown spots. We did not partake in breakfast. Will spend more next time to have a cleaner room and better experience in another brand of hotel."

"Carpet was recently cleaned which was nice. We were put in a handicapped room which was not the issue, but the bathroom door kept closing itself and the inside handle was broken. Plug in the bathroom was loose and in need of repair and other plugs were also loose. One of the nightstand drawers would not stay shut."

"Normally we have a great stay. This time was not a good experience. The first night our door latch broke they moved us to another room and the man at the desk was great and said our new room would be available at 3 the next day a younger girl was working and chided me for asking for another room bc someone can sleep on the pullout couch we asked and paid for a 2 queen bed room no one should have to sleep on a couch. She was extremely rude. And she huffed and walked away mumbling something and refused to come back out until the phone rang and she had to answer it. The new room had no working ac. And the next night a large group of teens were running in halls jumping off their beds above us knocking on doors and running away. They knew the hotel staff and no one stopped them it went on from 8pm to just after midnight and they didn't leave the pool until after 11pm. Just overall not a pleasant experience."

"We were disappointed the bed was supposed to be a queen ended up with a full the exhaust fan didn't work door to the bathroom came off the hinges the one sink leaked both cold and hot and when it was fixed it was put on backwards "
