"Upon arrival, items from previous guests were left in the room and the room was not stocked well.
We requested towels and a cookie sheet, and didn't hear back for 24 hours so called again and they finally brought it the night before we were leaving from our week stay.
We did not find the staff friendly or helpful. There was issues with our room that were never addressed, like a broken phone.
We also accidentally left an expensive item behind in the bathroom, and called right after we left the resort but it still has not been found. There is no way it was not found by cleaning crew ( who arrived right after we left that morning).
The amenities, pools etc were great, and the room was a good size, but I would not book here again or recommend this location."
