"When i arrived i noticed the large mirror on the bathroom wall was crooked. No bid deal, i didnt bother it. Going into my trip, i hear a boom whil in another room, of my room. I look around and notice the mirror has fallen off the hook on one end and is barely hanging on the wall. Its in the a.m so the cleaning lady is notified and she has her boss come up, she tells me that it will be fixed, i want it fixed. Needless to say it was never fixed. I left the room and came back that evening and it was never dealt with. So upset. We placed a chair in front of it and i called downstairs again. Front desk told me they will send someone up, they never came. I was not and am not happy. If the mirror would have dropped and shattered with any of us in there, it could have cut us. I would have gotten a new room for the rest of my stay. This is not my 1st stay at this hotel and for the price that was paid, this should have been resolved. So not happy @fountainbleu. I can choose to stay anywhere but i enjoy my stay here. Maybe next time ill choose somewhere else. "
