"I paid $1,000 a night to stay there and was not permitted to enjoy most of the amenities - I was there during some POSSIBLE Conference. Not to mention the resort fees and taxes I had to pay on top of not being able to enjoy the resort. The experience was unacceptable!"

"I had to walk to the front of the property because my key card didn’t work after leaving to check in. Staff on the cart wouldn’t give me a ride to the front and wouldn’t take me back to my building. They told me to catch the shuttle which didn’t come. So I had to walk with my bags to the front and back to my building. "

"I feel we shouldn't have to pay for parking after all the money we spent for a room at least give us free parking "

"Room was clean but could use some upgrades. Bed wasn't as comfortable as expected. Balcony view was nice but its only for show. Staff was helpful but we didn't have any issues to concern them with."

"Room was clean but had a rather old chair. Saw a couple of little bugs. Nice coffee machine onsite. Love that they have yoga mats and offer yoga om tv in the room"

"This place was excellent, the location is perfectly centered next to Southpoint and Lincoln Avenue, along with Whole Foods right across the street. Everything was fantastic other than the 3 day fire alarm, that was miserable 3 out of the 10 days I stayed. I wish I was informed before."
