「They way we booked and they charge for parking is unbelievable and unacceptable.」

The room was like a cave , and the toilet was not secure to the floor. The rooms should be painted light color. I understand the the place is old but, you could try to keep it up. Like in NYC we have old buildings and the insides are beautiful.」

「Ice machine was non existent. Vending machine was unplugged. There was a washer in the breezeway. The pool was not filled. The assist handles in the bathroom were not aligned. There was no plug for the bathtub. Overall the property was clean, and although I showed up late, the attendant was walking up to the lobby when I arrived, so there wasn't much of a wait, or issue with my reservation in that matter.」

「The gentleman at the front desk was very nice. He allowed us to see the room before we completed the booking to start our stay. Unfortunately, we decided to not stay at all. First and foremost, we had a passing in our family so of course we needed to go back home. Secondly, the room was not even close to the pictures online. The refrigerator was rusted. 「It was absolutely perfect. My daughter and granddaughter were here for my niece’s graduation from Ft Benning. We were in awe as to how beautiful and clean everything was. Everything was top notch. You’d never believe this was a 1900s structure. The front desk was very helpful. Helped us find restaurants etc. check in and out was a breeze. The place was very secure. Even the elevator. The restaurant was very nice. Great choice of drinks and food. We highly recommend」
