"We had a great stay at the Ambassador Hotel! The location is extremely convenient for Brewers games or events at The Rave/Eagles Club, which is right across the street. They offer a shuttle to the games and back, which was a huge plus — just make sure to sign up ahead of time for the ride there. We used the free shuttle back and it worked out great. It was also nice that they had food available on-site until midnight on Friday and Saturday, plus a bar open until 2 a.m. The service was a little slow on the busy event night we stayed, so they could probably benefit from additional staff during peak times, but everyone was very friendly and the gentleman who checked us in was especially great. The rooms are on the smaller side and a bit outdated, but the hotel still has a lot of its original charm. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again."

"Worst hotel stay ever. The room had multiple issues—the toilet functioned poorly and required several flushes, the sink drained very slowly, and basic amenities weren’t replenished (empty shower gel and no washcloths on day two). The noise was the worst part. The walls are paper-thin; I could hear everything. Guests next door blasted music and argued all night--literally all night, and security never responded when called. Overall, a miserable experience. I would not stay here again."
